1. Applicable to all plans: Local airtime usage, data usage and/or text messages over that allotted in the plan, long distance, roaming, options and taxes are extra and are also billed monthly. An Early Cancellation Fee (ECF) applies if, for any reason, your service is terminated prior to the end of the service agreement. The ECF is the greater of (i) $100 or (ii) $20 per month remaining in the service agreement, to a maximum of $400 (plus applicable taxes), and applies to each line in the plan that is terminated.
2. Tethering is the use of your phone as a wireless modem to connect to the Internet from your computer. For a limited time, if you subscribe to a data plan which includes at least 1GB of data transmission between June 8/09 and Dec/09, and if you have a compatible device, you may use tethering as part of the volume of data included in your plan at no additional charge. Tethering cannot be used with data plans of less than 1GB. To upgrade to a 1GB iPhone data plan go to rogers.com and sign into your account or call 1-888-ROGERS1.
3. Sent/received premium texts (alerts, messages related to content and promotions), sent international texts and sent/received texts while roaming are not included and charged at applicable rates.

Long distance, text to landline and roaming are extra.
