AppleCare is a service and support plan backed by Apple and delivered by Simply. It extends the complimentary coverage on your Apple product to three years from your purchase date and includes telephone technical support provided by Apple, 7 days a week.

Terms and Conditions
Offers valid with the purchase of AppleCare between January 1, 2009 and May 31, 2010. SimplyCare may be combined with other offers at the time of purchase, including Education discounts or other bundle discounts.
To receive SimplyCare service, AppleCare must be registered and remain in effect; offer not valid for unregistered, voided or expired AppleCare. AppleCare registration is the sole responsibility of the customer; Simply Computing does not register AppleCare Protection Plan. Offer null and void for voided AppleCare. AppleCare voiding & cancellation is the sole responsibility of, and is wholly decided by, Apple Inc. Offer expires at the natural expiration of AppleCare coverage (3 years from the date of purchase of the covered Mac). Offers are not transferable. No rain cheques, exchange offers, transfers or exemptions will be offered.
Additional terms apply to specific offer elements as follows:
- Undercover is made available as a download from the software developer’s website, www.orbicule.com/undercover. Licenses for Undercover are not provided at the time of purchase, but can be claimed by completing the online form at www.simply.ca/undercover. Simply will respond by email with a serial number required to activate the software and instructions for installing and setting up Undercover. It is the customer’s responsibility to store and safeguard his or her software serial number and the downloaded software installer. Simply does not guarantee the ability to re-issue lost serial numbers or guarantee ongoing access to software installers. Simply does not warranty Undercover software. For ongoing support on the use of Undercover, please contact Orbicule at www.orbicule.com.
- System Optimizations are valid at Simply Computing locations only. Offer is limited to one System Optimization per year for a maximum of 3 total Optimizations. An Optimization may be used to waive a No Fault Found diagnostic fee once per year. Optimizations and waived No Fault Found fees are valid only for the Mac covered by AppleCare with SimplyCare. To claim an Optimization, bring proof of AppleCare with SimplyCare purchase to any Simply location. In all cases. proof of purchase consists of the original receipt for AppleCare with SimplyCare.
- If the Mac requires repair under AppleCare, the customer is entitled to a free rental laptop for a period of up to a one month. Simply does not guarantee anytime availability of rental units. For AppleCare warranted repairs, the customer may reserve a rental unit ahead of a warranty service booking in order to ensure availability of rental units. Rental laptops come with a standard installation of Mac OS X and iLife, and do not include any additional software, such as word processing software. Software installation is not part of the rental agreement and is the responsibility of the customer. This offer does not cover the cost of data transfer from the Mac to the rental laptop nor the cost of software installation. Standard fees apply for data transfer service and software installation. To claim a Free Rental, present proof of AppleCare with SimplyCare purchase when you bring the covered computer for repair to any Simply location.
