Operating hours are from 9:30am — 5:00pm, Monday to Friday excluding public or statutory holidays.
Requests received during these hours will be processed that same day. Requests received outside these hours will be processed the next business day. Your request will be confirmed by our representative and picked up the afternoon of the following business day.
Please package the computer carefully in a proper packaging/shipping box as there is no insurance on the shipment and Simply Computing is not responsible for any damage to the product during transit. If needed, we can provide you with the packaging/shipping box, for a minimal fee of $15.
Credit card authorization is required for payment of the valet and repair services and any incidental fees that may be incurred while using this service.
Please submit a cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the pick-up or return delivery schedule. In the event of a sudden cancellation or a no-show, a $30 service fee will be collected after every pick-up or return delivery attempt.
