Overview

Every HomePod comes with a one-year limited warranty and 90 days of technical support. AppleCare+ for HomePod extends your coverage to two years from your AppleCare+ purchase date and adds unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection, each subject to a $19 service fee plus applicable tax for HomePod mini or a $49 service fee, plus applicable tax for HomePod.* In addition, you’ll get 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone in English.

Service coverage is available only for HomePod that is defective in materials or workmanship. Accidental damage means physical damage from handling due to unexpected and unintentional events. Replacement equipment that Apple provides as part of the repair or replacement service may contain new or previously used genuine Apple parts that have been tested and pass Apple functional requirements
