What is the expiry for the 1-on-1 service?
We want you to fully enjoy your newly purchased Mac from the moment you get it. That’s why we recommend scheduling your 1-on-1 appointment with our trainer as soon as possible to ensure you receive personalized guidance tailored to your needs. There is no fixed expiry date for the 1-on-1 service, but scheduling your appointment early will help you make the most out of your Mac experience without delay.
