What is SimplyGuard?
Life happens. Phones get dropped, coffee gets spilled, and devices can experience unexpected issues.
SimplyGuard helps protect your devices with extended warranty coverage for mechanical or operational failures. SimplyGuard and SimplyGuard Plus also offer accidental damage protection for eligible devices, including drops and liquid damage.
For eligible Certified Pre-Owned devices, SimplyGuard Lite provides extended warranty protection against covered hardware defects.

SimplyGuard — Extended warranty and accidental damage protection with an applicable Guaranteed Service Fee (GSF) for approved claims.
SimplyGuard Plus — Our premium protection plan with a $0 Guaranteed Service Fee for approved accidental damage claims.
SimplyGuard Lite — Extended warranty coverage for eligible Certified Pre-Owned devices, covering hardware defects without accidental damage protection.

What is an Extended Warranty? What are its benefits?
A standard manufacturer's warranty typically provides limited coverage for manufacturing defects.
An extended warranty provides additional protection against eligible hardware failures beyond the manufacturer's warranty. SimplyGuard and SimplyGuard Plus also offer accidental damage protection, including drops and liquid damage, subject to plan terms. SimplyGuard Plus has a $0 Guaranteed Service Fee for approved claims, while SimplyGuard Lite covers eligible Certified Pre-Owned devices against hardware defects only.
When to buy?
We recommend purchasing SimplyGuard together with your device. If you wish to add protection after your purchase, please contact your local Simply Computing store to confirm eligibility and any inspection requirements.
For new devices, extended warranty coverage begins after the manufacturer's warranty expires, while accidental damage protection begins on the SimplyGuard invoice date. The plan term is calculated from the original device purchase date. Different coverage start dates apply to pre-owned devices and SimplyGuard Lite. Please refer to the SimplyGuard Agreement for full details.

How do I submit a SimplyGuard claim?
You can bring your device to a Simply Computing Service Centre or London Drugs Service Centre for diagnosis and repair. We recommend contacting the service location before your visit to confirm availability.
If you are more than 50 km from a Simply Computing Service Centre, additional repair options may be available through Apple Retail Stores or Apple Authorized Service Providers, subject to the SimplyGuard Agreement. Accidental damage claims at Apple Retail Stores require prior approval.
