What is an Extended Warranty? What are its benefits?
A standard manufacturer's warranty may offer a limited one-year coverage from manufacturer defects.
An Extended Warranty can provide additional coverage for your device, extending protection beyond the standard warranty. Both SimplyGuard and AppleCare+ offer repair for accidental damages not covered by the standard manufacturer's warranty for a minimal incident fee.
When to buy?
We recommend that the extended warranty be purchased along with the device. However, it can be purchased within 60 days in-store only upon successful completion of a complimentary diagnostic test and visual inspection for pre-existing damages. Purchasing the extended warranty at a later date does not provide longer coverage; the coverage always starts on the device’s purchase date.
What are the differences?
We realize everybody has different needs and may require various things out of their
extended warranty, which is why Simply Computing offers two extended warranty programs. We’ve got you covered no matter the situation!

What is SimplyGuard's 'No Lemon Guarantee'?
Our ‘No Lemon Guarantee’ provides you with peace of mind ensuring replacement if your device needs multiple repairs for the same issue during the initial period. For example, if the device has three previous repairs to a major component (eg. logic board) and requires a fourth covered repair, the warranty provider can choose to provide a replacement device that is equal or better or issue a credit for the then-current replacement value. If the device was purchased new within 90 days of the fourth service claim, a new device that is equal or better may be provided as a replacement.
How do I submit a SimplyGuard claim?
You can bring the defective device into any one of our Simply Computing store locations for diagnosis and repair. If you are not near one of our stores, you can reach out to us with your issue, and we can provide you with other options to fix it.
