Returns

Most other items may be returned subject to the following conditions:

  • Return requested within 14 days of purchase
  • Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Apple Products & Repairs

Apple Hardware

New Apple products are covered solely by Appleā€™s Limited Warranty. Warranty service is provided by Apple in accordance with Appleā€™s terms.

Apple Repairs

Apple repairs performed by SCI include a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, excluding failures caused by misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification.

Pre-Owned Products

Certified Pre-Owned

Certified pre-owned products include aĀ 1-year Simply Limited Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Other Pre-Owned Products

Other pre-owned products include aĀ 30-day Simply Limited Warranty, unless explicitly sold ā€œas-isā€, in which case no warranty applies.

Warranty coverage does not include accidental damage, liquid damage, misuse, or unauthorized repair.

Except as expressly stated above, all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Acceptance of Terms
