Returns
Most other items may be returned subject to the following conditions:
- Return requested within 14 days of purchase
- Item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Apple Products & Repairs
Apple Hardware
New Apple products are covered solely by Apple’s Limited Warranty.
Apple Repairs
Apple repairs performed by SCI include a 90-day warranty on parts and labour, excluding failures caused by misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorized modification.
Pre-Owned Products
Certified Pre-Owned
Includes a 1-year Simply Limited Warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Certified and Select Pre-Owned
Include a 30-day exchange period. Products must be returned in the same condition; physical or liquid damage voids exchange eligibility.
As-Is Products
Sold as-is with no warranty, return, or exchange.
