Our video conferencing software works best with Macs with a minimum of 4GB of memory and running macOS 10.8 "Mountain Lion" or later. A broadband Internet connection or an LTE/4G wireless connection is required. For the best audio quality, please use a plug-in or Bluetooth headset; your iPhone earphones would work great!
For support with an iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch, we recommend connecting the device to a Mac running macOS 10.13 "High Sierra" or later using the appropriate USB cable to allow us to see your device's screen.
Even though we really want to help you, please be aware that there are limits to technology and there may be some issues that will require you or your device to visit a store physically. Please be as thorough as possible during the appointment booking process below when describing the issues you're encountering, so we can accurately determine if it's something that we can resolve online, within the 15-minute timeframe. If we feel that an alternate support method would be more efficient than online remote support, we'll contact you before the appointment to discuss your options.
